About Blawat Racing
Chris Blawat is a second generation driver. He has been racing for over 15 years. Chris started his career driving go-karts and transitioned into a Formula Indy Car. After winning a National Championship, a Points Championship, and Rookie of the Year, Chris began racing late models.
The 2007 season marked the beginning of his limited late model career. With one feature win, two fash dash wins, multiple top five and top ten finishes, a third place finish at Nationals, and a fourth place finish in points, Chris finished the season well!
Chris continued to do well in 2008. He had sixteen top ten finishes, seven top five finishes, two fast dash appearances, and a feature win. Chris finished the season fourth in points at Slinger Superspeedway.
In 2009 Chris won the Slinger Speedway Limited Late Model Championship. He set four fast times, had three fast dash wins, and three feature wins. Chris also had 17 Top 10 Finishes, 15 Top 5 Finishes and 13 Top 3 Finishes.
Chris finished second in the limited late model class in 2010. He set three fast times, had three fast dash wins, and three feature wins. Chris also had 17 Top 10 Finishes, 11 Top 5 Finishes, and 9 Top 3 Finishes.
2011 ushers in a new adventure with Chris trying his luck in the Super Late Model division at Slinger Speedway. Stay tuned for updates thorughout the race season.
